To strengthen our team we are looking for an open-minded person who is interested to work in a technical environment.
In this position you work in the Multimedia Services team on-site at our customer Swiss Re. This team is responsible for all audio-visual equipment installed in more than 800 meeting rooms worldwide. They not only operate and maintain their infrastructure, they also build and design their meeting rooms. One key element of the daily work is the operation of global video conferences. Connecting New York, to Zurich and Bratislava? No problem! They run conferences with connections to up to 24 locations around the globe.
Currently Swiss Re works on the concept for the meeting room of the future. How will our environment look like in five years?
If you are as curious as we are, you are the right candidate for this position. Furthermore, the existing video conference infrastructure will be moved to a new system. This will have impact for the team and the users and Swiss Re needs you to help them with the change- and stakeholder-management as well as with the communication.
We are looking for a communicative person who likes to work as a team player. You represent the Multimedia team to internal customers and assist the team with administrational work. You support Swiss Re to establish a project portfolio management and will help them to shape the way they work. You can undertake various roles within team to support them with the daily tasks. You actively participate in the global Multimedia team, meetings, workshops and taskforces as needed and monitor and track open incidents and requests and ensuring compliance within agreed SLA’s. You share function specific knowledge and experience with various teams at Swiss Re and ensure that knowledge is appropriately documented.
To fulfill this position you are experienced in using state-of-the-art presentation, documentation and project management tools. You like to work independently and flexible and are motivated to help the team to grow. You are initiative and able to come up with ideas to improve the way of work. You have the courage to speak up, do the right thing and work on though problems. You are focused and have the personal commitment to help the team to achieve their goals. You have a charming and confident attitude and good local language skills combined with excellent English skills.
